Dining at The Gin Trap
Leading Our Teams
Our talented Chef Patron, Gareth Rayner, has recently moved to Norfolk eager to do justice to the beautiful bounty available on our doorstep. Gareth is a warm, experienced and innovative chef, enjoying nothing more than encouraging his team to create beautiful food. He champions the very best British produce and wherever possible sourcing locally whether from the land or the shore or the sea.
Food at the Gin Trap
Here at The Gin Trap we care very much about provenance. We are lucky to live on the coast with all the beautiful bounty available to us and also in the fertile lands of the country’s bread basket. We have developed relationships with the best suppliers in the country to keep consistency of quality. We will highlight what’s on our doorstep and will occasionally travel further away to ensure we constantly delight our guests.
